We have taken a different approach to events because the guest experience rests on the hospitality component and the delicate relationship between service and event success. DMC Events LA has based its entire mission on the development of the guest experience from both the clients’ interactions with the office team to the training of the hospitality staff working the events. We do utilize sub-contracted vendors and consultants to assist us with the overall execution of the vision, but maintaining a guest-experience focused approach has resulted in keeping many aspects of the critical responsibilities in-house. Our competitors normally bundle service with the catering vendor without having much control over the people that will be working the events. DMC Events LA finds that to be a gamble not worth taking. With 3 Directors working full-time on staffing compliance, training, and event logistics, our team of over 390 part-time on-call employees continually elevates the standards of service excellence, whether it is a dinner party at a private home for 10 guests or a corporate awards dinner for 1500 guests. All DMC Staff Inc employees are vetted on their I-9 compliance, they are certified with their RBS Certification and have their Sexual Harassment and Workforce Violence Training Certificates up to date.
